Mr. Tribuzio conducted an extremely thorough home inspection of a tri-level brick house I seek to purchase. He is clearly a perfectionist with an eye for detail. He carefully examined every crack and crevice of the property from the interior to the exterior, pointing out several finds in which I was completely unaware. In fact, he even covered every square foot of the crawl space located in the basement which revealed important findings about certain structures of the house.  Moreover, the report was constructed in a professional user freindly manner containing a clear system from which to interpret the data. The digital photos enclosed in the report were extremely helpful in bringing the narrative to life. Further, it contained sound recommendations and relevant educational material to guide and inform the reader. Mr. Tribuzio also inquired of any concerns or questions during and after the inspection. I would absolutely utilize his services for any future inspections, and would recommend his services for any potentials buyers. On time, no- Joe was early, the realtor wasn't there yet to let him in. Joe didn't wait or catch up with other work, instead he started inspecting what he could get at. when I arrived he had already inspected most of the exterior foundation. He was making detailed notes on a recorder and playing them back to double check. I already had a great feeling at that point and joe continued to snoop around while i got caught up on some work.  Joe called me down to the basement to show me the HVAC and while we were there he discovered a gas leak ( you could actaully smell the gas) as well as other significant negotiating finds that gave us the peace of mind in owning a safe home. Joe doesn't just look around!

Thank you for a good report. We wonder if you can recommend an EIFS specialist to come out later to inspect and help in the proper maintenance of the EIFS system and fix the couple of spots that need to be repaired.
