In addition to my experience since 2006 as a licensed and certified home Inspector, I had a background in Quality Control Inspection, Home Improvement, Electrical, Plumbing, Construction, Document writing, and Customer service. Every thing I have done before lends to Home Inspection.

I will give you the knowlegde to help prevent you from buying a money pit home. I generally treat my clients like i would my own family members and friends. I work for the clients interests alone. I welcome referrals from anyone, but I do not actively solicit realtors for business. They receive a commision when they sell a home. They want to sell the place quickly as possible. Even if it has problems- its not "their" problem, and some of them hate it when an inspector points out issues with the home, which is why you should have an independent choice in your inspector. I want privacy with my client, sometimes agents get in the way, hide things, try to add their spin to things the inspector says or otherwise " take control" of the inspection in order to help them secure their commision. Remember it is BUYER BEWARE OUT THERE. I truly want to provide you the tools and knowledge you need when making such a huge purchase. I Have never paid a bribe to a real estate office or paid to be on a " PREFERRED LIST", and i never will. That is a huge conflict of interest. I inspect for my client and thats who i serve. Your getting a thorough report.
