Move in certified'Inspections
A move in certified inspection is when the seller has the home inspected, then is given the opportunity to adress issues found by the inspector. Once the issues are corrected to the satisfaction of the inspector, the home is certified as ready to move in to and a large " Move in Certified "yard sign is placed in front of the home.
ATTENTION LISTING AGENTS---
This is a very beneficial and wise course of action.
Its like listing insurance, your much more likely to get the client their asking price and in turn you can make sure you dont waste too much time on a property that is really not ready to sell, you'll save your time and avoid headaches if you get a move in certified inspection ASAP. Or do you like surprises??
